Attorney Brian Gabriel of Palm Beach County Florida Continues To Wait On Appeal Answer For Breathalyzer Challenge As Polo Mogul John Goodman’s Attorneys Are Denied Blood Issue

Attorney Brian Gabriel’s En Masse case challenging the breath testing device used in the State of Florida and the Attorneys for the DUI Manslaughter case of Polo Mogul John Goodman have both been sent to Tallahassee to be fought on an administrative level.  Today the fight for Brian Gabriel continues with an appeal  to the 4th DCA and should be ruled on soon.  The fight for the Goodman Attorneys continues as future decisions are made as to if they will appeal as well, continuing the fight to have blood results thrown out for use in trial.
